An operator, using a manual lance, inside the plant cleans both the supports hooked to the support structure and the structure itself.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the <strong>ultra high pressure pumping unit<\/strong> (2500 bar) &#8211; with a water flow rate of about 20 liters per minute &#8211; PTC has supplied the <strong>electric control<\/strong> which gives consent to the activation of the pressure for the UHP gun, the necessary flexible pipes and safety clothing for working with high pressure jets.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"imageframe-align-center\"><span class=\" fusion-imageframe imageframe-none imageframe-1 hover-type-none\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"960\" alt=\"paint removal - ptc italiana\" title=\"04.C\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ptcitaliana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/04.C.jpg\" class=\"img-responsive wp-image-10999\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.ptcitaliana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/04.C-200x150.jpg 200w, https:\/\/www.ptcitaliana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/04.C-400x300.jpg 400w, https:\/\/www.ptcitaliana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/04.C-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.ptcitaliana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/04.C-800x600.jpg 800w, https:\/\/www.ptcitaliana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/04.C-1200x900.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/www.ptcitaliana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/04.C.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, (max-width: 640px) 100vw, 1200px\" \/><\/span><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-6\"><p>Furthermore, an <strong>electric pump<\/strong> was created through which the machine, connected to the water mains and electricity supply, is managed remotely. Electric pump which has provided a high-pressure <strong>water distribution line <\/strong>for the subdivision of <strong>three washing stations<\/strong>: a main one and two other stations for occasional jobs in other points of the production line.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-7\"><p>An electrical panel automatically manages both the distribution functions of the <strong>high pressure line<\/strong> and the control functions of the machine itself. The machine is equipped with an <strong>inverter <\/strong>to modulate the pressure according to the revolutions of the pump electric motor.<\/p>\n<\/div><style type=\"text\/css\"><\/style><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-3 fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px;margin-bottom:0px;margin-left:0px;\"><h2 class=\"title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\"><h2><strong>How the system works<\/strong><\/h2><\/h2><div class=\"title-sep-container\"><div class=\"title-sep sep-\" style=\"border-color:#e0dede;\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"imageframe-align-center\"><span class=\" fusion-imageframe imageframe-none imageframe-2 hover-type-none\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1920\" alt=\"paint removal 3 - ptc italiana\" title=\"04.B\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ptcitaliana.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/04.B-scaled-e1691250560135.jpg\" class=\"img-responsive wp-image-11003\"\/><\/span><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-8\"><p>Once the machine has started, the operator goes to the washing cabin and enables the workstation. A security system, through <strong>an interception box<\/strong>, gives consent to operate and blocks the workstation in the fortuitous case in which other workstations are started at the same time.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-9\"><p>At that point, the operator holds the ultra-high pressure gun equipped with a rotary nozzle to start the operation of removing the paint from the panels and the support structure with the sole use of <strong>pressurized water.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-10\"><p>The washing operations can last from a few minutes to a few hours: once the procedure is finished, the operator puts the ultra high pressure gun at rest, the support is moved forward, he leaves the washing cabin and the cabin is ready to receive another support to be cleaned, while the washed support is repositioned on the line to resume the production cycle of the plant.<\/p>\n<\/div><style type=\"text\/css\"><\/style><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-4 fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-two\" style=\"margin-top:0px;margin-right:0px;margin-bottom:0px;margin-left:0px;\"><h2 class=\"title-heading-left\" style=\"margin:0;\"><h2><strong>The advantages of waterblasting for paint removal<\/strong><\/h2><\/h2><div class=\"title-sep-container\"><div class=\"title-sep sep-\" style=\"border-color:#e0dede;\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-11\"><p>Previously alternative process of washing was to send the components to be cleaned to an external company that uses a pyrolytic oven to burn the paint.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-12\"><p>Many disadvantages of the previous procedure, starting from the logistics: times for disassembling the supports from the production line, handling and transport to and from the external company, with potential damage to the structures, without neglecting the risk of thermal deformation due to high temperatures of the oven.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-13\"><p>The use of the waterblasting system and ultra-high pressure guns, on the other hand, <strong>completely eliminates the onerous logistics phase<\/strong> in terms of time and costs.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-14\"><h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><a
