NOZZLES TURBO
 

Nozzles designed for use with pistols with rigid lances. They allow the useful working area to be expanded increasing the performance and improving workmanship. The use of TURBO series nozzles is reccomended for the processing of large surfaces such as hulls and marine structures, concrete constructions, tanks, etc.

22.01) Turbo "MONRO JET"

Orbital jet nozzle made from a caved steel body inside which a longish rotor is free to rotate, inclined with respect to the axis, and moves in its seat due to the pressure. Simplicity of construction and ease of use and maintenance make this nozzle ideal for the processing of large surfaces.

• The only replaceable parts on the MONRO JET are the rotor seat group and cover.
• Nozzles with diameters (d) variable from 0,35 to 2,80 mm. are available
• to better define the jet diameters state the working flowrate and pressure;
• 1000 bar, D = 40 - 50mm version available on request with outputs M/M 24x1,5 o 22x1,5
• (*) Availing with 3 driving nozzles.

 22.02) TURBO PRD BRAKED

On the rotating head are mounted different types of insert nozzles with round jets in accordance with the desired maximum working pressure: from 2 nozzles (code. 05.02) for type PRD 1500, up to 4 nozzles M10x1,5 (code. 03.06) with special insert and flow cross guide for type PRD 3000.

22.03) BARRACUDA STONEAGE

Rotating head nozzles for lances with speed regulator (1000÷2000rpm) with viscous connection complete with choice of input attachment. Two or four jets can be installed on the nozzle as described below and should be chose according to the maximum working performance required.

• Available attachments (G): 9/16’’ e M14X1,5
• Package version, complete with service kit, nozzles and carrying case.
• Nozzles: AP2 (code. 24.01.XXX), AP4 (code. 24.03.XXX), OS7 (code. 24.05.XXX).

22.04) PRD 3000 Air

The rotating head of this particular model is driven by a pneumatic motor. Ease of use and maintenance make this nozzle ideal for the processing of large surfaces.

• It's possible to mount different types of rotating heads (code.22.05), for different uses.
• The rotational speed of the head can be regulated using the control on the pneumatic motor.
• Nozzles not included
• Compressed air 5 l/s@ 6.3 bar

22.05) NOZZLE HOLDER HEADS FOR ROTATING TOOLS

These rotating heads complement the pneumatic tools (PRD 2500 Air e Rotolance). On the heads are mounted threaded insert round jet nozzles in sapphire/stainless steel M8 (code. 03.05) and in stainless steel M10 (code. 03.06) based on the max working pressure.

• Water input: female M14x1,5 left with cone.
