TUBI IN GOMMA SINTETICA
The tubes listed are those most used in the area of spiral tubes and braided tubes with synthetic rubber covering. Thay are available in types corresponding to the most important working specifics within the hydraulic sector of the professional waterjetting market, but other types are still available on request. The dimensional and plate data indicated in the table are purely indicative and are suvject to variations by the manufacturer.
- Female/female rotating fittings are indicated in the table. Other fittings available on request.
- The length of the tubes are indicated (L = 20m), Other lengths available on request.
Notes/legend:
- WPS: (Working Pressure Static) corresponds to a non-pulsating Waterjetting use. It's calculated with safety coefficient K=2.5, according to international sector norms (INRS-F, RMA –USA, BFPA –UK), and it is valid for reference liquids Tmax< 75°C.
- WP: (Working Pressure Dynamic) correspons to a typical pulsating use of the hydraulic service. It's calculated with safety coefficient K=4 and this max service value is stamped on the tube.
- BP: (Bursting Pressureo) corresponds to the minimum bursting pressure of the tube in test provided by the specification.
- K: (Safety Coefficient) corresponds to the relationship between the minimum bursting pressure of the tube in test provided by the specification. and Working Pressure.
- G: rotating fem/fem thread fitting
- DI: Internal diameter of the tube, DE: External diameter of the tube, Dmax: Overall diameter of the fitting

European Specification EN 853-2SN (Other references: SAE R2A, TRACTOR 2T, DIN 20022, etc). Costruction: in two layers of steel fibre or double braid. The tube mentioned are stamped with the Dynamic Working Pressure (WP).
