PTC offera a vast range of special equipment designed for special uses for both yards and everyday hydrodynamic maintenance operations.

23.01) ABRASIVE SYSTEMS / SAND BLASTERS

Complete system for the efficient and rapid removal of deposits, paints, cement etc. without creating dust. It's based on the resuction of the generated abrasive from the exit of the high velocity water jet from the main nozzle (ref.2). In the underwater version the sand blaster allows submerged surfaces to be cleaned underwater, for the removal of deposits from submerged bodies and the surface preparation of underwater oilines, off-shore craft, non-destructive testing (NDT), etc.

Medium Pressure Sand Blasters, complete with sand blaster (venturi body with sand suction insert, main nozzle (not included), regulatable nozzle holer, holding bead, exit mouthpiece), sand suction tube with clips (5m) and flowrate adjustable iron suction probe.

23.02) ROTATING ARM SPECIAL NOZZLE

One of the best solution for the cleaning of tanks, boilers, towers, and autoclaves. This group is equipped with a magnetic brake and additional extension tubes from 200mm to 800mm (other dimensions on request; up to 1500mm per arm), with arm rotation adjustable from 5 to 20 rpm.
They are also driveable using special telescopic devices for centering and movement, positionable on the operators movements above the tanks.

SURFACE CLEANER

23.03) SURFACE CLEANER (SC) / WALL CLEANER (WC) 

Special equipment for the cleaning, paint removal and preparation of industrail flooring and road surfaces (cement and bitumin agregates, road signs, runway rubber in airports, painting tunnels, etc) in positioned horizontally Surface Cleaner (SC) and positioned vertically Wall Cleaner (WC).
Built from a robustly constructed welded steel box, rotating joint, long lasting waterproofed ball bearings, 2 fixed wheels and 1 swivelling wheel, 4 rotating arms with inserts for 2 to 8 nozzles.

23.04 STONEAGE SPECIAL NOZZLES FOR SMALL PIPES 

Special nozzles with autorotating heads which give excellent performance for the cleaning of small and medium diameter pipes. The Gopher presents a viscous fluid speed regulator.

 23.04) STONEAGE SPECIAL NOZZLES STONEAGE FOR LARGE DIAMETER PIPEWORK

Special nozzles with autorotating heads and viscous fluid speed regulator. Ideal for optimum cleaning of pipes and columns of medium and large diameter.

RAPTOR (code.23.04.6xx)

• Standard: working head 2” and "slow" join (60rpm). On request version 2.5” e "fast" join ( 250rpm).
• On request a choice of various working head types based on the flowrate and intended use.

23.05) TORUS NOZZLES

Special nozzle with rotation according to a 3-D model with magnetically controled autorotating head. The nozzle covers completely all directions in 360° and is therefore the best solution for cleaning tanks, cisterns, reactors, colums, etc. The simple construction of the manifold and adaptor allows use in a wide range of pressures and flowrates by varying just the dimensions of the nozzles.

• Version package, complete with service kit, nozzles, extensions from 50 to 200mm and lifting ring.
