15) ROTATING NOZZLES

15.01 - 02) GIROJET

Rotating body nozzles for optimal cleaning of small and medium diameter tubing (D), in steel with sapphire inserts (over DN16). Available in the following versions: RR (radial jets 75° ÷ 90°), SR (semiradial jets 45°), CO (combi jets 2x90°and 2x45°).

 Notes:

  • with nozzles CO and SR the jets at 45° are also available frontal;
  • after use the nozzle should be spray washed and lubricated;
  • to better define the jet diameters state the working flowrate and pressure;
  • 1000 bar version, D = 40 - 50mm on request with outlet M/M 24x1,5 or 22x1,5
  • (*) available on request with 3 thrust nozzles.

 15.03) ROTATING NOZZLES SPINNING JET

Rotating body nozzles for optimal cleaning of small and medium diameter tubing (D), in steel hardened to 48HRC. Available in the following versions: radial jets (code. 15.03.01X), compact-combi (code. 15.03.02X), combi-retro (code. 15.03.03X)

Notes:

  • with nozzles 15.03.01X the jets are also available frontal;
  • after use the nozzle should be spray washed and lubricated;
  • to better define the jet diameters state the working flowrate and pressure;
  • Legend: L = overall nozzle length, G = thread, d = nozzle diameter;

18.01) TYPE R / R-V INSERT

Rotating body nozzles in stainless steel with rotor in bronze for inserts jets
code. 03.11/03.12/03.13 (excluding D = 10 e 12). Available in the following versions.

  • Type R: Rotating body nozzles for optimal cleaning of small and medium diameter tubing (D), with two radial jets and body compatable with "driive components" (Code 19.01). Holes O2 only for type R-V
  • Type R-V:  same as type R, but with backpressure holes O2 (code. 18.01.xx1)
  • Pmax: 1000 bar
  • Legend: L = overall nozzle length, G = thread, D = nozzle diameter, O1 = diameter radial holes, O2 = diameter rear holes (backpressure), SW = fixing clip distance

Used to obtain or increase the autoadvancing effect, especially with flexible lances, and to increase the available hydrodynamic force. Made in stainless steel.
