HIGH PRESSURE THERMOPLASTIC TUBING

Multilayer thermoplastic piping with internal core and covering in special materials (PA, PUR, POM, PVDF, etc.) and spiral reinforcements in tensile steel. Thay are designed to satisfy whatever requirement in the waterjetting sector, hydraulics and special applications (umbelical tubes, low gas permeable and tubes for water cutting).

Maximum working pressure: 3.200 Bar.

41.01) FLEXIBLE TYPE 2

Application: Pipe washing, tube sheaves, condensators and with hydrodynamic equipment.

Materials: Polyamide PA11/12 (internal tube), Polyamide PA11/12 or Polyurethane PUR for type W or PUR high thickness for WR (External tube), 2 spirals in tensile steel wire or 4 spirals for type W (reinforcement);
Connectors (G): Type M/M (except F/F for type W / WR), other types on request.
Working temperature: -30°C / +80°C.
Colour: Green;black for the W; silver for the WR.
Opzional: protective sheath in spiraled PVC.
D_I: Internal diameter of the tube, D_E: External diameter of the tube, D_max: Overall diameter of the fitting.

41.20) SAFETY SLEEVES

Recommended as a restraint in the case of unthreading the portions of the tubing that are located at the pump and operation point (pistol, valve, pedal etc.). The safety sleeves are made in galvanised steel mesh with blocking eyes on the supports. The terminals are constructed without spot welds so as to avoid injury to the hands when being mounted.
