45) PISTOLS, VALVOLE E LANCE

The PTC range is designed to offer a wide choice of valves and hand and pedal controls for professional use. Pistols can be supplied singularly or complete with lance, side controls, nozzle holders, shoulders etc.
For proper use of a waterjetting pistol, the diameter of the nozzle must be chosen correctly in order to guarantee a recoil force not more than 250N at maximum working pressure. If the recoil force is greater than 150N the pistol must be equipped with a grip, to respect European Norm UNI EN 1829.

All the articles respect international safety norms and must be used within the maximum working limits for which they were designed.i. 

THE USER IS OBBLIGED TO USE THE PISTOLS RESPECTING THE SAFETY NORMS AND MAINTENANCE PROCEDURES PROVIDED BY PTC.

45.01) PISTOL HP 500

Pistol with plastic body, internals in stainless steel with heat and chemical resistant gaskets. It's fitted with an internal valve and servo-control and incorporates a manual safety lever.

45.02) PISTOLS HPX – HPX UNDERWATER U/W

Pistol with aluminium grip and stainless steel body, it's equipped with a servocontroled internal valve and features an auto-blocking safety device. The length of the lances is to be defined. A cartridge replacement kit is available for maintenance. Available versions: Dry Shut (waterproof), Dump (drain) and U/W (underwater).
 

45.02) PISTOL KSP 

Pistol with plastic body, internals in stainless steel with heat and chemical resistant gaskets. It's fitted with an internal valve and servo-control and incorporates an automatic safety device.

45.03) PEDAL VALVE

Pedal valve in stainless steel, fitted with an internal valve and servo-control and incorporates an automatic safety device. Where indicated a cartridge replacement kit is available for maintenance.

45.04) PISTOL TYPE SP 

Pistol with plastic body, internals in stainless steel with heat and chemical resistant gaskets. It's fitted with an internal valve and servo-control and incorporates an automatic safety device.

45.05) PISTOL TYPE UHP 

Free flow pistol with automatic shutoff, the grip contains a distance sensor and a microswitch to manage UHP functions (motor speed, pressure, etc.) by means of an electronic signal. The pistol has a mechanically rotating connection and 5m of shielded electric cable and special electrical plug protected with an external cover.

 45.06) ROTO LANCE TYPE PISTOL

This pistol constitutes the best instrument for the treatment if large area (concrete renewal, paint removal, etc.) as it increases the output and quality of the job. It consists of a rotating lance (Rotolance) actuated by a pneumatic motor inserted on a UNP pistol type. The rotating lance, protected by an external cover, is actuated by a pneumatic motor (0-3000 rpm , 3,6 l/s, 6,3 bar, entrance 1/8”) and is fixed on a nozzle holder head (code. 22.04 - not included) changable according to the type of job to be performed.

46.02) LANCE FOR CLEANING

Available in thick stainless steel tubes with diameters and threading on request. The most common types can be found in the table below. Material: stainless steel AISI 304L (DIN 1.4306: X2CrNi18.9). Other lengths on request.

46.03) LANCE FOR HYDROSWAB - A

These special lances used for carrying out cleaning and breaking work in pipes and tubed sleeves either manually or robotically, are made with unwelded cold drawn stainless steel of lengths suitable for the internal hydroswab robot (PBC type A).
